Appointments & Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice.

This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Emergency Assistance

If you have a medical emergency, please seek emergency assistance by calling 911 or reporting to the nearest Emergency Room.

Our practice accepts most major insurance companies and most local plans. However, we strongly encourage our patients to contact their insurance company and educate themselves about their benefits, coverage, limitations, and financial responsibility associated with their particular plan.
